Battery

Anthony M. Pulido, 37, of the 900 block of Hillcrest Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 3:14 a.m. July 14 with domestic battery and unlawful interference with reporting of domestic violence in the 900 block of Hillcrest Avenue.

Burglary

• A vehicle owner's manual reportedly was stolen between 10 p.m. July 17 and 7 a.m. July 18 from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of South Hagans Avenue. The manual and other personal property of additional victims was found on a neighbor's lawn.

• A personal check, pair of black gloves and allergy medication reportedly were stolen between 3 p.m. July 17 and 7 a.m. July 18 from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of South Grace Avenue.

• Cash reportedly was stolen between 9 p.m. July 17 and 10 a.m. July 18 from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of North Willow Road.

• Cash was reported stolen at 1:16 p.m. July 16 from a purse inside the entrance of a house in the 500 block of South Fern Avenue. The victim stated a man came to her house talking about installing a sprinker system. She related she did not want one, but she walked into the backyard with the man. While she and the man were in the backyard, another man reportedly came to the backyard and gave the first man a thumbs-up, and the two men left.

Fraud

A phone scam that reportedly resulted in the victim's loss of cash was reported at 8:09 a.m. July 18 in the 900 block of Chatham Avenue.

Theft

Brandon Inchauriga, 24, of the 100 block of East First Avenue in Hutchinson, Kansas, was charged at 10:44 p.m. July 18 with retail theft at Jewel-Osco, 153 E. Schiller St.

Attempted burglary

• Unlocked vehicles reportedly were entered between 9 p.m. July 17 and 7:30 a.m. July 18 in the 500 block of North Indiana Street. Nothing of value was reported stolen from the vehicles.

• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 11:30 p.m. July 17 and 7:30 a.m. July 18 in the 500 block of North Indiana Street. Nothing of value was reported stolen from the vehicle.

• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 9 p.m. July 17 and 5:25 p.m. July 18 in the 400 block of Argyle Avenue. Nothing of value was reported stolen from the vehicle.

• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 8:30 p.m. July 17 and 7:18 a.m. July 18 in the 300 block of Argyle Avenue. Nothing of value was reported stolen from the vehicle.

• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 10 p.m. July 17 and 7:40 a.m. July 18 in the 200 block of Rex Boulevard. Nothing of value was reported stolen from the vehicle.

Warrant arrest

Reggial J. Howard, Jr., 34, of the 4500 block of South Laramie Street, Chicago, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. July 19 on an unspecified warrant out of DuPage County at the Elmhurst Police Department, 125 E. First St.

Disorderly conduct

Angel Lopez, 29, of the zero to 100 block of Main Street, Bensenville, was charged at 1:10 p.m. July 19 with disorderly conduct in the 700 block of South Hillside Avenue.

Marijuana possession

Mario Hernandez, 18, of the 300 block of East North Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 5:04 p.m. July 19 with unlawful possession of marijuana at Walnut Street and Fremont Avenue. Stefan Mijatovic, 20, of the 400 block of East Butterfield Road, Elmhurst, was charged at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location. Two juveniles were charged at the same time and same date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location.

Lost property

• A red leather wallet containing an Illinois driver's license, $10, four bank cards, a medical insurance card and a gift card was reported lost at 8:27 p.m. July 18 in the 200 block of North Illinois Street.

• An Illinois driver's license was reported lost at 1:49 p.m. July 16 in the 400 block of Elm Park Avenue.

Found property

• A gray 2016 Toyota Highlander was found at 2:26 a.m. July 18 in the 200 block of West Eggleston Avenue. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Glencoe.

• Three passports were found at 8:52 a.m. July 18 in the parking lot at Corner Cottage, 526 W. North Ave. The victims were contacted, and they reported their vehicle had been stolen July 17 out of Wheaton.

Traffic violations

Erwin F. Hernandez, 18, of the 1000 block of North Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, was charged at 5:03 p.m. July 19 with driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at North Avenue and York Street.
