Burglary

• Property reportedly was stolen between 5 p.m. June 14 and 6:50 a.m. June 18 from a Honda CRV parked in the 100 block of East Fremont Avenue.

• Change reportedly was stolen between 10 p.m. June 21 and 6:30 a.m. June 22 from an unlocked Ford and Volvo in the 200 block of West St. Charles Road.

Disorderly conduct

• Tina Miller, 40, of the 200 block of West North Avenue, Elmhurst, was cited at 2:09 a.m. June 22 with disorderly conduct – public intoxication at North and Elm avenues.

• Robert L. Baldwin, 68, of the 600 block of George Street, Bensenville, was charged at 1:11 p.m. June 24 with disorderly conduct – public intoxication at Thornton's, 476 N. York St.

DUI

• Kevin Williams, 36, of the 600 block of South 16th Avenue, Maywood, was charged at 2:51 a.m. June 17 with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use at Roosevelt and York roads.

• Noah Ross, 39, of the 8000 block of East Court Street, Davison, Mich., was charged at 5:17 a.m. June 19 with DUI of alcohol at the Clarion Inn Elmhurst-Oakbrook, 933 S. Riverside Drive.

• Jeanette Zavala, 32, of the 5100 block of South Fairfield Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 2:34 a.m. June 22 with DUI of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device at Poplar Avenue and St. Charles Road.

• Daniel Skaggs, 56, of the 1300 block of Jefferson Road, Hoffman Estates, was charged at 12:30 a.m. June 24 with DUI of alcohol, improper lane use, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol at Route 83 and Lake Street.

• Anthony Savalier, 32, of the 900 block of North Rohlwing Road, Addison, was charged at 2:14 a.m. June 24 with DUI of alcohol and wrong way driving on a one-way street in the 100 block of North Larch Avenue.

• Juan Cruz-Solano, 35, of the 1400 block of North 17th Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged at 11:23 p.m. June 24 with DUI of alcohol, improper turn and failure to signal at Addison Avenue and Second Street.

Endangering life of a child

Marjorie A. Baroni, 45, of the 200 block of Oakland Grove, Elmhurst, was charged at 4:43 p.m. June 24 with endangering the life of a child in the 200 block of Oakland Grove.

Forgery

• An incident involving forgery reportedly occurred at 9:40 p.m. June 20 at Dunkin' Donuts, 506 W. North Ave. A male suspect reportedly gave the complainant counterfeit bills after asking the complainant to give him change for two $100 bills.

• John H. Dansby, 19, of the 900 block of North York Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 7:05 p.m. June 21 with forgery at Dunkin' Donuts, 936 N. York St.

Fraud

An incident involving fraud reportedly occurred between 1:45 p.m. June 16 and 10 a.m. June 19 in the 400 block of North Berteau Avenue. The victim reportedly lost his credit card and discovered by checking his online statement that several fraudulent transactions had been made. The credit card company reimbursed the victim and issued a new account number.

Harassment

An incident involving text harassment was reported at 11:33 p.m. June 23 in the 500 block of South Fern Avenue.

Identity theft

• An incident involving identity theft was reported at 3:26 p.m. June 21 as having occurred between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. June 13 in the 600 block of Fay Avenue.

• An incident involving identity theft was reported at 5:19 p.m. June 23 in the 500 block of West Second Street.

Lost property

• A front license plate from a rental car was reported lost at 1:38 p.m. June 19 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 896 N. York St.

• A front license plate from a Buick was reported lost or stolen at 4:19 p.m. June 22 in the 900 block of South Saylor Avenue.

Marijuana possession

• Jonathan Carillo, 20, of the 8200 block of South Troy Street, Chicago, was cited at 7:52 p.m. June 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana, tinted windows and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Lake Street and West Avenue.

• Charles E. Mitchell Jr., 26, of the 18W100 block of Kirkland Lane, Villa Park, was cited at 1:17 a.m. June 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of West St. Charles Road.

• Cory A. Warnicke, 21, of the 700 block of Easy Street, Glendale Heights, was cited at 1:25 a.m. June 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and loud muffler at North Avenue and Route 83. Joseph B. Hoffman, 20, of the 600 block of Dickens Avenue, Glendale Heights, was cited at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location.

• Andrew C. McCarthy, 23, of the 1900 block of Baldwin Way, Bolingbrook, was cited at 6:54 p.m. June 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of open alcohol in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue. Matthew Morgenthaler, 22, of the 100 block of Saffron Lane, Bolingbrook, was cited at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at the same location.

Property damage

• The passenger side front and rear tires on a Chevy Silverado reportedly were slashed between 4 p.m. June 19 and 6 a.m. June 20 in the 200 block of East Butterfield Road.

• The northeast corner of a chain link fence reportedly was crashed into at 11:30 a.m. June 20 in the 200 block of North West Avenue.

Suspicious circumstances

An incident involving suspicious circumstances was reported at 1:48 p.m. June 19 in the 100 block of East Schiller Street as having occurred between 6 a.m. April 1 and 1 p.m. April 19 at Elmhurst City Centre, 147 N. York St. The complainant reportedly received two pieces of mail marked return to sender that had Elmhurst City Centre's address as the sender's address. Inside one of the envelopes were directions to buy iTunes gift cards and fill out the customer service evaluation sheet with the card and PIN.

Theft

• An incident involving theft was reported at 6:36 p.m. June 18 in the 600 block of Fairview Avenue. The victim reportedly engaged in an internet sales transaction and sent merchandise to an address, and the offender sent the victim a fake PayPal email to pay for the merchandise and then ceased contact with the victim.

• An incident involving theft was reported at 2:45 p.m. June 21 as having occurred at 11:30 a.m. May 19 in the 200 block of Fair Avenue. The victim reported he bought an Apple MacBook Pro on eBay. After paying for and receiving the computer, he took it to an Apple store to have it checked. He was told the computer had been reported stolen.

• A card reportedly was stolen at 1:18 a.m. June 22 at Thornton's, 476 N. York St., after the victim left it in the card reader at the register.

• A front license plate reportedly was stolen at 3 p.m. June 21 at Corner Cottage Liquors, 526 W. North Ave.

Traffic violation

• Carrie L. Myles, 32, of the 400 block of Sherman Avenue, Aurora, was charged at 12:05 a.m. June 21 with aggravated driving while license revoked, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Route 83 and Fay Avenue. Tyeshia Mason, 32, of the 400 block of Sherman Avenue, Aurora, was cited at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location.

• Santos Alonso, 20, of the 1600 block of North 40th Avenue, Stone Park, was charged at 7:23 p.m. June 19 with aggravated driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt when required and obstructing identification at North and Melrose avenues.

• Charles Williams, 39, of the 6800 block of South Evans Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 2:49 a.m. June 18 with improper lane use and no valid driver's license at St. Charles and Spring roads.

• Abraham Romero, 29, of the 4100 block of West 25th Street, Chicago, was charged at 7:08 p.m. June 18 with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at North and Clinton avenues.

• Jessica Casanas, 38, of the 2100 block of North Harlem Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 1:52 a.m. June 19 with disobeying a traffic control signal, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended at York Street and North Avenue.

• Nery Ramos-Carillo, 21, of the 400 block of South Mason Street, Bensenville, was charged at 8:30 a.m. June 19 with no valid driver's license and improper lane use at Route 83 and Fay Avenue.

• Alma D. Catano, 41, of the 3200 block of West 38th Street, Chicago, was charged at 4:13 p.m. June 19 with no valid driver's license and speeding at St. Charles Road and Chandler Avenue.

• Amayrani Betancourt, 24, of the 2000 block of North Newland Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 5:54 p.m. June 20 with driving while license suspended, improper lane use and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at North Avenue and Michigan Street.

• Norris J. Coulter, 73, of the 1000 block of South Ridgeland Avenue, Oak Park, was charged at 9:15 p.m. June 20 with driving while license revoked and expired registration at York and Vallette streets.

• Vincent White, 29, of the 300 block of West Madison Street, Chicago, was cited at 1:26 p.m. June 23 with no valid driver's license and tinted windows in the 700 block of North York Street.

• William P. Hudson, 48, of the 27W700 block of Byron Avenue, Addison, was charged at 4:36 p.m. June 23 with no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding at West Avenue and Second Street.

• Jesus Leal-Salazar, 35, of the 1900 block of Harvey Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 11:55 p.m. June 23 with no valid driver's license and one headlight at North and Melrose avenues.

Underage drinking

Collin Haus, 18, of the 100 block of Joanne Way, Elmhurst, was cited at 3:16 a.m. June 24 with consumption of alcohol by a minor at Church Street and Arlington Avenue.

Warrant arrest

Michael Grant-Ulrich, 22, of the 300 block of West North Avenue, Elmhurst, was arrested at 7:01 a.m. June 23 on a warrant out of DuPage County at Elmhurst 255 Downtown Apartments, 255 N. Addison Ave.
