Cooper's Hawk is known for having the largest wine club in the United States, with 400,000 members enjoying a variety of perks, ranging from wine dinners to travel adventures.
The company moved its headquarters and shipping operation to Downers Grove earlier this year, Clarke said.
Since its 2005 founding by Tim McEnery, the business has grown to about a dozen restaurants in the Chicago area alone and is the 28th largest wine producer in the United States. Domestic and international grapes are brought to the company's winery in Woodridge. The company's wines have garnered hundreds of awards.
